Williams is one of the most iconic names in motorsport, and our brand is recognised and celebrated globally. We’re searching for a talented Graphic and Wraps Technician to join our team at Grove. Someone who takes pride in precision, creativity, and excellence.
In this hands-on role, you’ll be at the heart of how we present our team visually to the world. From preparing flawless liveries for our Formula 1 cars to ensuring our transporters and equipment embody our brand at every race weekend, your work will be on display at every turn of the season.
What You’ll Be Doing
Livery Application
- Preparing and applying vinyl wraps to F1 cars, team transporters and equipment.
- Ensuring accurate, seamless, and high-quality application of complex graphics.
- Interpreting detailed designs and bringing them to life in collaboration with our design team.
Graphics Production
- Producing and preparing graphics, including printed materials and cut vinyl.
- Operating and maintaining large‑format printers, plotters, and laminators.
- Upholding exceptional quality standards for all team and sponsor branding.
Maintenance & Repairs
- Conducting regular inspections to maintain durability and visual quality.
- Repairing, replacing, or removing graphics, often under tight deadlines, without compromising surfaces.
Team Collaboration
- Working closely with design, engineering, and marketing colleagues to ensure brand consistency.
- Supporting the team during race weekends to ensure vehicles are show‑ready.
- Contributing fresh ideas and new techniques to elevate our branding across the board.
Logistics & Inventory
- Managing stock of vinyl, adhesives, and other essential materials.
- Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and accurate inventory levels.
- Assisting with transporting graphics and equipment to global race venues.

What We’re Looking For
Core Competencies
- Strong experience operating Roland large‑format printers and associated software.
- Skilled in Adobe Illustrator with the ability to produce and modify vector artwork to a high standard.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, especially during race weekends.
Qualifications & Experience
- Hands-on experience preparing and applying vinyl graphics, ideally within motorsport or automotive environments.
- A passion for quality, precision, and delivering work that stands out on the world stage
