Our technical department is responsible for the theoretical, cutting edge advancements in our performance. Working across all aspects of the car from floor to tyres to front wing and more. This department looks at innovative ways in which we can incrementally enhance Atlassian Williams Racing. Example roles may include Graduate Aerodynamicist, Graduate Design Engineer, Graduate Vehicle Performance Engineer or Graduate Electronics System Engineer.
Operations
Flawless co-ordination on and off the track is key within our operational department as we need to keep things running smoothly. The operations department is at the heart of everything we do, ensuring seamless coordination from transporting cars and equipment to managing builds and race day preparation. These teams are vital for us to perform at the highest level. Example roles may include Direct Procurement Graduate or Quality Assurance Graduate.
