Summer Placements provide a shorter insight into life at Atlassian Williams Racing. Over 8 weeks, you will work on specific projects, supporting teams to meet their goals.
You'll join our wider cohort of industrial placement students and graduates to make real impact. Opportunities are available within research and design, operations, aerodynamics and more. Unfortunately at this point we don't offer Summer placements in our business function.

you in your penultimate year of study at university? At Atlassian Williams Racing, our Industrial Placement programme gives ambitious students exposure to the Formula 1 industry, over 13 months. You’ll take on real responsibility with projects that shape the future car and our business. Grow with a cohort from day one, then head back to university with experience you can apply immediately. Join a high-performance team, push boundaries, make an impact.
Possible departments include Aerodynamics, Vehicle Performance, Systems Engineering, Vehicle Design, Vehicle Dynamics, Direct Procurement, Inventory, Operations, Prototype & Test, Quality Engineering, Heritage and Finance.
