Role Purpose (Job Profile):
To lead and manage projects and activities in the HR business partner team from concept to project scope completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, legal compliance, and a positive workplace environment. In collaboration with the HR Business Partner team, the HR Business Partner will pick up activities as required to support business performance improvement and employee engagement. Projects and activities will be varied and will range from strategic workforce planning, talent management and development processes, along with support of annual people processes. A strong generalist background is required with strong project delivery experience.
Main Duties:
Provide interim HR Business Partner support across Operations and Technical business areas:
Act as a trusted business partner to functional managers and leaders, building effective partnerships to provide consultative, strategic, and tactical guidance to support organisational and development initiatives at all levels. Working to develop management capability via the Williams V&B framework to drive organisation and cultural change.
Advise, coach, and empower managers and employees to drive engagement and a high-performance culture.
Support people planning and review processes, including talent review, capability development and workforce planning, providing sufficient challenge to managers, and engaging with the Talent and Leadership function on training needs identification, and solutions that improve talent development and retention. Use people analytics to anticipate talent risks, identify opportunities and guide decision making.
Partner with managers to promote and facilitate effective delivery of key people processes; including, End of Year Reviews and Engagement survey actions planning to drive business performance.
Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to seek out efficiencies that promote customer experience and innovative process improvements and modernisation within the HR team to drive a culture of sustainable high performance in our mission to win multiple world championships.
Project Management:
Lead and manage specific projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, and track progress to ensure successful execution.
Define project goals, deliverables, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular updates on project status, outcomes, and impact to project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience Level:
Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering and/or HR project/change management
