RegisterVisual assets that power the Williams brand across social, digital, print, merchandise, and partner activations. This role is essential in maintaining our world-class visual standards and storytelling excellence, contributing directly to fan engagement and commercial success. You’ll work closely with internal photographers, creatives, and brand teams to ensure each image meets the aesthetic and technical requirements of a premium global motorsport brand.
Main Duties:
Retouch, colour-correct, and enhance images for print, digital, and social use,
delivering consistent, high-quality visual content.
Collaborate with photographers and production managers to ensure image post-production aligns with creative direction and campaign goals.
Apply advanced retouching techniques such as blemish removal, background refinements,
lighting adjustments, and compositing.
Maintain consistent brand aesthetics and visual tone across all outputs, ensuring alignment with
Atlassian Williams Racing’s evolving guidelines.
Manage and organise image workflow, including file handling, archiving, and ensuring efficient project turnaround.
Liaise with internal stakeholders including the Creative Design, Content, and Partnerships teams to meet creative and commercial requirements.
Stay current with emerging editing tools, trends, and techniques to ensure continued
creative excellence.
Ensure all retouching adheres to colour and resolution standards for various channels and formats.

Core Competencies:
Advanced Image Retouching & Editing – Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, with the ability to deliver precise, high-quality results under tight deadlines.
Visual Consistency & Brand Awareness – Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to uphold brand identity across varied platforms.
Digital Asset Management – Skilled in managing high volumes of digital files using structured workflows and archiving processes.
Attention to Detail – Demonstrates meticulous quality control to ensure flawless visual outputs across all channels.
Qualifications and Experience Level:
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of retouching work across editorial, commercial,
or sports photography.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in photographic retouching, ideally within fashion, sport, or advertising.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop), Capture One, and
RAW image processing.
Familiarity with colour workflows (CMYK/RGB) and optimising images for digital and print output.
Experience working with file transfer platforms and digital asset management systems.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise in a deadline-driven environment.
