As Senior Brand Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and driving the execution of the Williams F1 brand across campaigns, partnerships, merchandise and licensing and internal initiatives. Operating at a senior-weight level, you’ll focus on working cross-functionally with teams to ensure brand governance, consistency, campaign effectiveness, and strategic alignment across every touchpoint – from race day content to internal cultural moments.

Working closely with our Marketing team, you’ll manage the day-to-day delivery of brand and marketing projects, working closely with the Creative, Partnerships, Merchandise and Licensing, and HR teams, as well as external agencies and stakeholders. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about brand and is a strong collaborator with the ability to be hands-on to help steer the direction for a British icon.

Main Duties: 

  • Act as a guardian of the Williams Racing brand – ensuring consistent application across all touchpoints and enforcing brand guidelines.
  • Brand strategy and governance working with cross-functional teams.
  • Developing and delivering integrated brand campaigns, working closely with our Marketing team across both internal and external channels to support marketing objectives and brand growth.
  • Partner with internal teams (including HR, Partnerships, Merchandise & Licensing, Fan Engagement, and Race Team) to deliver brand-led campaigns that support their strategic goals.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with external creative and media agencies.
  • Brief and collaborate with the in-house Creative Team to develop on-brand assets for campaigns, events, and content initiatives.
  • Coordinate and manage brand campaign timelines, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and performance tracking.
  • Support event branding, fan activations, and content production in collaboration with commercial and marketing teams.
  • Analyse brand and campaign performance, reporting insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date on cultural, fan, and industry trends to inform brand storytelling and activation

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a brand, marketing, or campaign management role.
  • Experience working within sport, entertainment, fashion, or fast-paced creative industries preferred. 
  • Solid understanding of brand development, campaign planning, and multi-channel content production. 
  • Experience briefing and working alongside creative and digital teams. 
  • Strong organisational and communication skills. 
  • Experience working with agencies, managing budgets, and overseeing production timelines.  
  • Proficiency in using project management and marketing tools.
