Aerodynamics
From idea to implementation, Aerodynamics makes every millimetre matter.
Shape the Future
At Atlassian Williams Racing, our aerodynamicists are pioneers of innovation - influencing the entire car design and transforming driver feedback into aerodynamic advances that elevate performance with every lap.
We’re focused on precision - refining downforce where it matters most to unlock speed, control, and efficiency.
With tools like Atlassian driving collaboration, we’re shaping the car, and the team, for championship-winning form.
Make real impact
Every day starts with results. Did your ideas deliver? From data analysis to concept refinement, you’ll be in the thick of continuous improvement and innovative problem solving. Working across Aerodynamics, Vehicle Dynamics, and Operations is key to getting us back to winning multiple championships.
Your impact on the team might include:
- Aerodynamic Development: Leverage your aerodynamic understanding to create parts like wings, floors, and diffusers to optimise grip, balance, and efficiency.
- Design and manufacture of wind tunnel parts: Fast-track iteration and rapid prototyping of upgrades – constantly advancing our understanding. We learn at pace and feed it straight into the next development cycle.
- Collaboration with Vehicle Dynamics, Design, and Operations to turn ideas into track-ready parts.
- Analysis of track data and driver feedback: Make data driven decisions to unlock real-world performance gains.
- Race Support: Contribute to set-up direction and provide performance insights throughout race weekends.
