Williams Racing is seeking a dedicated ESG & Health and Safety Data Analyst to join our team and drive our sustainability agenda forward.
The Role
As our ESG & Health and Safety Data Analyst, you'll collect, analyse, and leverage environmental, social, governance, and health & safety data to support our sustainability initiatives and enhance our performance tracking. You'll translate complex data into actionable insights that help us make informed decisions and contribute to a safer workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and manage ESG and Health & Safety data from various internal and external sources
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities
- Create compelling reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Support company-wide ESG initiatives through data-driven recommendations
- Monitor compliance with relevant standards and frameworks (SBTi, SASB, TCFD)
- Integrate health and safety metrics into our ESG data framework
- Identify and implement improvements to data gathering processes
Must-Have Skills
- Power BI expertise for creating dynamic dashboards and visualisations
- Data Science background with strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent Excel skills and experience with databases
- Understanding of ESG frameworks and sustainability metrics
- Clear communication skills to translate data into compelling narratives
Beneficial Skills
- Greenhouse Gas emission protocol understanding and familiarity with carbon accounting
- Experience with SBTi, GRI, SASB, or TCFD reporting frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
