We are searching for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Experiences Events Manager to support our Senior Experiences Manager in creating and executing outstanding off-track events and experiences for our Partners and guests. The Experiences team plans, designs and executes strategic, best-in-class events and experiences all over the world, delivering against specific business objectives whilst enhancing the overall guest experience.
The Experiences Event Manager will lead on mid-scale projects from start to finish where they will be the lynch pin on each experience pulling together event logistics, production, creative and content by working with internal departments as well as external suppliers and venues. From concept to completion you will take the lead, managing the budget and ensuring the experiences are delivered on time and within budget.

As an Experiences Events Manager, you will:
- Play an integral role delivering the planning and execution of multiple types of events, including high profile luxury networking evenings, bespoke motorsport driving experiences including F1 demos, curated dinners and special projects.
- Manage event logistics, venues, and vendor management, from concept development to post-event evaluations for each experience
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance event concepts and engagement strategies that align with the team's objectives.
- Travel the globe to deliver exceptional international experiences.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with our Commercial team, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout each event.
- Assist in promoting events to Partners, prospects, and internal team members through various channels, including email campaigns & invitations
- Participate in budget management tasks to ensure cost-effective event planning and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Maintain accurate event documentation, including schedules, contracts, and budgets.

With an almost unrivalled heritage of engineering and racing F1 cars and unforgettable eras that demonstrate it is a force to be reckoned with, the British squad boasts 16 F1 World Championship titles to its name.
Since its foundation in 1977 by the eminent, late Sir Frank Williams and engineering pioneer Sir Patrick Head, the team has won nine Constructors’ Championships, in association with Cosworth, Honda and Renault. Its roll call of drivers is legendary, with its seven Drivers’ Championship trophies being lifted by true icons of the sport: Alan Jones, Keke Rosberg, Nelson Piquet, Nigel Mansell, Alain Prost, Damon Hill and Jacques Villeneuve. The team has made history before and is out to make it again with a long-term mission to evolve and return to the front of the grid.
- 4+ years’ experience as an event account manager or producer (agency and/or in-house) in the events and experiential space, which must include significant experience working on B2B events
- Previous luxury / motorsport brand event planning experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organisational and communication skills.
- You have a clear understanding of concept and creative development of an experience, and production processes and timelines.
- Contribute and collaborate on ideas, opportunities, and blockers with the immediate and wider teams such as sharing information on industry insight
- Provide ongoing constructive feedback to colleagues at all levels contributing to continual improvement and growth.
- Client Focus. Prioritise Partner and prospect needs to deliver tailored experiences.
- You are resilient and constructive when faced with change, able to shift approaches when needed in response to unexpected events and circumstances.
- Time Management. Prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm. Bring passion and energy to each event, ensuring an exciting and engaging atmosphere.
