What You'll Do:

• Perform sophisticated NDT processes using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques
• Work across diverse materials from carbon-fibre composites to high-performance metals
• Split your time between our advanced factory facilities and the excitement of trackside operations
• Make critical quality decisions that directly impact race performance
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to continuously improve processes
• Maintain equipment calibration and create detailed technical reports

What We're Looking For:

• Proven NDT experience with composite and metal components
• Current PCN qualifications
• Strong analytical skills with the confidence to make independent quality assessments
• Excellent attention to detail and technical communication abilities
• Self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
