This is a rare opportunity to work at the heart of a world-class Formula 1 team, delivering high-impact technical projects that directly support car programme delivery.
If you thrive in fast-paced, precision-driven environments and have a proven track record leading complex D365 implementations, we want to hear from you.
The Role
As a Contract ERP Project Manager, you'll lead end-to-end delivery of D365-centred projects, working closely with our ERP team, wider TIG members, and business stakeholders. You'll own project schedules, budgets, risk management, and critical documentation — keeping everything on time, on budget, and to the exacting standards that Formula 1 demands.
What you'll be doing
- Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of D365 projects across cross-functional teams
- Building detailed project schedules, risk assessments, and resource plans
- Developing key project documentation including charters, PIDs, cutover plans, testing plans, and post-implementation reviews
- Reporting on project metrics — budget utilisation, resource burn, risk levels, and progress — to senior leadership
- Managing dependencies, budgets, and spend tracking across your projects
- Coordinating multiple suppliers, system integrators, contractors, and external PMs
For almost 50 years, Atlassian Williams F1 Team has been at the forefront of one of the fastest sports on the planet, being one of the top three most successful teams in history competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship. With an almost unrivalled heritage of engineering and racing F1 cars and unforgettable eras that demonstrate it is a force to be reckoned with, the British squad boasts 16 F1 World Championship titles to its name.
Since its foundation in 1977 by the eminent, late Sir Frank Williams and engineering pioneer Sir Patrick Head, the team has won nine Constructors’ Championships, in association with Cosworth, Honda and Renault. Its roll call of drivers is legendary, with its seven Drivers’ Championship trophies being lifted by true icons of the sport: Alan Jones, Keke Rosberg, Nelson Piquet, Nigel Mansell, Alain Prost, Damon Hill and Jacques Villeneuve. The team has made history before and is out to make it again with a long-term mission to evolve and return to the front of the grid.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience managing multiple D365 F&O implementations (minimum of 3), ideally within supply chain organisations with integrations to other enterprise platforms
- A project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is advantageous
- Familiarity with tools including Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
- Strong D365 technical literacy, with the ability to engage effectively with both functional and technical teams
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to deliver under tight timelines
Why Williams Racing?
