  • Monitor workshop stock control day to day, highlighting shortfalls to the Head of Department/Team Leader
  • Support department R&D activities where needed

  • Contribute to an elite team and high-performance culture. Maintain high standards of behaviour, conduct and personal wellbeing.
  • Take ownership of personal performance and development, working with HoD Graphics and Paint to close any identified gaps in skills or knowledge.

  • Ensure brand adherence and high standards of department presentation are upheld.
  • Champion quality standards and continuous improvement across the business.
  • Ensure cost cap requirements are understood and opportunities for efficiency are optimised.

  • Quality ownership - meticulous eye for detail, confident making final quality judgement calls on complex work.
  • Mentoring and development - able to coach and upskill junior technicians on technique and best practice.
  • Practical problem-solving - a hands-on, solutions-focused approach to equipment and process issues.
  • Communication and collaboration - works closely with the Team Leader and wider department to keep production running smoothly.
  • Continuous improvement mindset - supports R&D and process improvement activity to raise department standards.

Qualifications and Experience Level:

  • Several years' experience in livery, graphics, and paint preparation and application, ideally within motorsport or a comparable high-precision environment
  • Advanced vinyl wrap preparation and application skills to complex F1 car bodywork, with high attention to detail
  • Advanced Roland print/cut and lamination knowledge
  • Proven ability to deliver flawless finishes under pressure
  • Experience guiding or mentoring others
