This is an opportunity to join a high‑performance Formula 1 livery operation at a pivotal stage of its development, working in a modern production environment equipped with industry‑leading technology.
We are seeking someone with a strong technical background in production, a disciplined approach to quality, and the drive to succeed in a fast‑paced team where precision, consistency, and attention to detail are essential.
As part of a small, specialist department, you will produce and apply graphics seen at the very highest level of motorsport. Your work will support race cars, factory and garage environments, transport assets, and wider team branding, where every detail matters and standards are uncompromising.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in technical excellence, remains calm under pressure, and is motivated to develop within a team committed to continuous performance improvement.
As a key contributor within the production department, you will thrive on the variety of work handled by our busy in‑house livery operation, offering an excellent opportunity to build new skills, make a tangible impact, and grow with the team.
Duties Include:
- Sign making, working with a wide range of substrates including vinyl and foamex and ACM, to a consistently high standard.
- Application of vinyl onto a variety of substrates including vehicles, walls, window graphics, panels and fascia’s.
- Installing all types of internal and external signage using power tools and various access equipment.
- Ensuring all installations are completed on time, to budget and to our usual high standards.
- Interpreting briefs accurately with a great understanding of different signage and manufacturing techniques.
- Operate and maintain large format printers, vinyl cutters and laminators.
- Following all company procedures and guidelines to ensure all vinyl graphics and signs are fitted safely and securely.
- Taking responsibility for your own and others’ health and safety when working.
- Providing outstanding customer service to our clients and others at all times.
This is a (Non travelling role based in Grove, Oxfordshire)

About You:
- Experience producing and installing signage, particularly vehicle graphics.
- Confident using plotters, large‑format printers, and laminators.
- Reliable, well organised, and professional, with a strong work ethic.
- An effective communicator with good customer service skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Strong awareness of health & safety.
- Vehicle wrapping experience (desirable).
- IPAF/PASMA accreditation (desirable).
