Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring safety? We're looking for a dedicated individual to represent Atlassian Williams Racing at our security gate-house. You'll manage access control, monitor CCTV, and greet visitors, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for all. Main Duties:
- Access control of visitors to the Experience Centre and F1 site.
- Record Contractors entering & leaving site
- Recording all deliveries to site, time in/time out.
- Accepting incoming telephone calls and direct accordingly. This will include some screening of calls.
- Receiving calls from staff relating to visitors/guests.
- Monitor CCTV system.
- Ensure only bona-fide persons enter Williams F1 site/issue appropriate security pass and contact host.
- Maintain the security records for the door access control and gate house barrier including issuing of cards with access controlled as specified.
- Record staff entering site with no access card, record lost-found property details and any other information that may be relevant.
- Control the issue of keys and record times in and out, plus name of the individual receiving keys.
- Meeting & greeting all visitors/contractors/deliveries to site & directing them accordingly to their appropriate destination
- Respond to any emergency that may arise i.e. fire/flood/first aid etc and notify the relevant employee/Maintenance Team
- To prevent theft, detect fire, flood, and waste problems.
- Work unsupervised and alone at various times on site, mainly weekends and Bank Holidays.
- Regular site & building patrols

- Work to quality standards and identify and contribute ways to continuously improve department and personal performance.
- Ensure understanding of cost cap rules and requirements.
Core Competencies:
- A positive attitude to learning with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, approachable & efficient, able to work under pressure.
- A team player who is supportive of colleagues.
- SIA badge would be advantageous, but not essential.
- First aid training would be beneficial, but not essential.
- Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

- Good basic computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- English Grammar & Language
- Experience dealing with people is a definite advantage
This is a 3 on 3 off shift pattern 5:30 to 17:30
