The Role:

  • Manage end-to-end project plans for Formula 1 car development, coordinating across multiple engineering and design functions.
  • Drive cross-departmental communication and ensure meticulous project timeline management.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to maintain critical path progression.
  • Leverage advanced project management tools to optimize team performance and efficiency.
  • Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, cost cap regulations, and team values.
  • Act as a strategic communication hub between design, engineering, and operations teams.
  • Implement innovative solutions that drive transformational change.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and team collaboration.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in fast-paced, multi-functional project environments
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver performance products according to planned timelines.
  • Extensive experience collaborating with engineering stakeholders to meet challenging project deadlines.
  • Previous experience of creating and managing project-based product plans.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a project plan or accountability for delivering a project plan.
  • Exceptional communication and collaborative capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and rapidly changing conditions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
