The Role:
- Manage end-to-end project plans for Formula 1 car development, coordinating across multiple engineering and design functions.
- Drive cross-departmental communication and ensure meticulous project timeline management.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to maintain critical path progression.
- Leverage advanced project management tools to optimize team performance and efficiency.
- Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, cost cap regulations, and team values.
- Act as a strategic communication hub between design, engineering, and operations teams.
- Implement innovative solutions that drive transformational change.
- Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and team collaboration.
What We're Looking For:

- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver performance products according to planned timelines.
- Extensive experience collaborating with engineering stakeholders to meet challenging project deadlines.
- Previous experience of creating and managing project-based product plans.
- Demonstrated ownership of a project plan or accountability for delivering a project plan.
- Exceptional communication and collaborative capabilities.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and rapidly changing conditions.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
